Sell ABM infrastructure and maintenance solutions to MUSH markets, generate new outside project sales and prospects via cold calling and networking, focus on large projects and maintenance, use ATS and Salesforce to develop financial/lifecycle solutions, support ESG goals, produce quotes from RFQs, and manage territory sales plans and forecasts.

Supervise daily facility cleaning and safety operations, delegate assignments, train new hires, manage keys/access, track supplies/equipment, document client communications, validate time records, and handle additional service requests when Manager is absent.

Coordinate and dispatch aircraft cabin cleaning teams, track work orders and service requests in real time, monitor assignment progress, communicate with airport personnel, maintain accurate records, report operational issues, and follow safety and security procedures. Role requires frequent stair climbing and professional communication skills.
