Leads the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training programs for online education advising and student support teams. Oversees advisor onboarding, curriculum development, certification, needs assessments, performance evaluation, training materials, and instructional technology adoption. Uses metrics, call reviews, account audits, and learner feedback to measure effectiveness. Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, manages multiple initiatives, and supports adult learning and professional development across the Enrollment Division.

Supports and leads advisor training through live and virtual facilitation, content development, documentation management, scheduling, assessments, and follow-up. Maintains Salesforce knowledge resources and SOPs, creates materials using Canva and Adobe, analyzes QA data to identify performance gaps, and reviews applicant files for accuracy. Requires strong communication, organization, technology skills, collaboration, and commitment to ACU’s Christian mission.

Leads and administers ACU’s fully online Educational Psychology graduate program, including curriculum planning, accreditation compliance, budgeting, faculty recruitment and evaluation, clinical supervision, student advising, and retention initiatives. Teaches graduate courses, supports online pedagogy and course improvement, maintains scholarly research and publication, participates in university governance, and integrates ACU’s Christian mission into teaching and mentorship.
