Own complex post-sale technical relationships from onboarding through adoption and renewal. Lead implementations, integrations, configurations, and security reviews; advise strategic customers on identity, access, device trust, and SaaS security. Partner with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to drive customer value, manage risks, support expansion, create scalable resources, and mentor team members while serving as an escalation point.

Lead Apono’s product organization and oversee its platform and integration with 1Password. Set product direction, manage roadmaps and releases, align cross-functional teams, engage enterprise customers, and coach Product Managers. Partner with Engineering on technical decisions and collaborate with Design, GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver secure access-management products and measurable customer impact.

Improve 1Password’s technical SEO across consumer, PLG, and enterprise websites. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving crawlability, indexing, rendering, performance, structured data, internal linking, and international SEO issues; implementing CMS changes; partnering with engineering on requirements and release QA; leading migration workstreams; and building monitoring, dashboards, automation, and repeatable processes using search, analytics, crawl, log, and CMS data.
