Strategic partner to the Co-CEOs driving alignment, execution, and communication across goop’s business, Gwyneth’s media/personal portfolio, and investments. Build AI-enabled Notion dashboards and automations, run executive meetings, prepare board decks and briefings, manage CRM and relationship health, lead cross-functional strategic projects, and support company-wide communications and offsite planning.

Partner with the Co-CEOs to source, structure, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships, licenses, and strategic deals. Build valuation and waterfall models, run diligence, coordinate legal and finance, maintain deal systems and KPIs, manage a high-volume pipeline, and lead post-deal integration across goop’s brands.

Lead creation of digital and print assets across marketing, editorial, branding, advertising, and experiential initiatives. Set creative standards, mentor junior designers, drive projects from concept to production, and partner with cross-functional teams to evolve and maintain a cohesive goop visual identity.
