Own the unified roadmap for AI Transformation and Salesforce products. Lead discovery, requirements, prioritization, backlog management, delivery, adoption, and go-to-market coordination across two engineering teams. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing transaction documents, managing closing deliverables and electronic binders, drafting corporate governance documents, maintaining compliance trackers, improving legal processes with AI tools, and collaborating with Finance, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, attorneys, and external counsel.
