Leads publishing operations and content management for the ServiceNow Community platform. Manages website updates, staging, QA, deployments, landing pages, layouts, navigation, permissions, tagging, product hubs, content migrations, and external media properties. Partners with engineering, UX, brand, marketing, and business stakeholders to improve workflows and deliver scalable digital experiences. Trains content owners, develops documentation, supports governance, and manages competing publishing requests.

Lead global and regional operational, IT general controls, application controls, and integrated audits. Plan engagements, conduct walkthroughs and controls testing, analyze data and AI-driven risks, draft audit reports, track remediation, advise stakeholders, and improve internal audit methodology and automation using ServiceNow IRM.

Manages ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem across the Americas by developing partner business plans, improving partner capabilities, aligning investments, driving revenue growth, and overseeing governance. The role includes partner enablement, capacity planning, quarterly business reviews, pipeline management, remediation planning, reporting, executive alignment, customer implementation readiness, and joint marketing activities. Approximately 10% travel is required.
