Collaborates with capture leads, proposal managers, solution architects, subject matter experts, and account teams; conducts interviews, develops technical approaches, manages reviews and quality control, and builds reusable content repositories. Requires strong writing, organizational, strategic planning, and communication skills, along with technical understanding and proficiency in office and presentation software.
