Manage enterprise telecom accounts: run customer meetings, drive sales through the full cycle, maintain CRM and account plans, forecast sales, coordinate internal teams, and act as trusted advisor to clients.

Serve as primary contact for telecom TEM clients, manage relationships, monitor satisfaction, resolve issues with internal teams, drive adoption, upsell, run QBRs, manage renewals and carrier contracts, and track success metrics.

Lead delivery of medium-to-large global telecom projects (MPLS, SIP, UCaaS, TEM, Cloud). Manage schedules, budgets, risks, resources, stakeholder communication, and quality while ensuring timely, on-budget results and strong customer advocacy.
