Support Employee Relations team with investigations, record maintenance, proofreading HR documents, scheduling meetings/travel, and learning HR information databases. Assist with trainings, accommodations, and general HR administrative tasks.

Provide on-the-job training and continuous learning for station team members, demonstrating equipment and vehicle use, delivering hands-on de-icing training, assigning tasks to new hires, ensuring training compliance, supporting station supply handling and special events, and performing physical assistance duties as needed.
