Second-line technical support for enterprise customers: own escalations, troubleshoot edge AI platform hardware/network/software, reproduce bugs, coordinate with Engineering and Customer Success, maintain runbooks, and participate in on-call rotations.

Own the full post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of mid-market accounts: drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead business reviews, monitor account health, coordinate with Solutions Engineering and CS Associates, and act as the customer's internal advocate to improve product and outcomes.

Serve as the highest technical escalation for complex, high-severity incidents across edge hardware, networking, AI inference, and cloud infrastructure. Diagnose root causes at code, configuration, and infra levels, drive permanent fixes with Engineering, lead technical bridges with enterprise stakeholders, define troubleshooting frameworks and documentation, conduct post-incident reviews, and participate in on-call rotations.
