Lead Trade & Receivables Finance operations focusing on control routines, root-cause remediation, regulatory interaction, reconciliation management, and operational improvements. Provide subject-matter oversight, recommend policy/procedure changes, implement governance and credit-risk controls, and collaborate across teams to reduce errors, losses, and rework while driving execution of project initiatives.

Lead technology/software/AI sourcing and high-risk supplier negotiations, manage supplier lifecycle to reduce cost and increase value, draft and review contract language, ensure regulatory and legal compliance, guide RFx and vendor selection, mentor junior staff, and partner with stakeholders to optimize negotiations and resolve vendor issues.
