The role involves leading enterprise transformation initiatives, optimizing processes with technology, building business cases, and ensuring sustainability through effective measurement and management.

Lead end-to-end business process reengineering and transformation initiatives: assess current state, design near- and long-term solutions spanning customer experience, operations, digitization, automation and risk, develop implementation and sequencing plans, build business cases, and create executive materials to drive adoption and sustainable measurement.

Lead enterprise-wide task redefinition and scaling of productivity solutions (e.g., M365 Copilot). Identify high-impact use cases, design and pilot capabilities, manage intake and prioritization, enable adoption through playbooks and champion communities, partner with data teams to measure adoption and impact, and drive change management and governance for consistent reuse.
