Requires veterinary clinic operations experience, project coordination skills, strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management. The role is fully remote within the USA and supports software products for veterinary organizations.

Lead and mentor a team of Onboarding Specialists responsible for implementing Vetcove’s software for veterinary clinics. Own implementation strategy from project planning through go-live, manage client escalations, coordinate with Product and Engineering, oversee training and troubleshooting, and build scalable processes, templates, metrics, and reporting frameworks. The role requires managing multiple concurrent implementations, communicating with technical and executive stakeholders, and occasional travel to client sites.
