Lead Rubrik’s global Professional Services Partner Enablement program, establishing governance, compliance, onboarding, performance monitoring, and lifecycle processes. Collaborate with global practice leaders, education teams, services leadership, and engineering to align enablement objectives. Develop specialized tracks for GSI, MSP, and SI partners, strengthen partner relationships, and scale the ecosystem through strategic program management and cross-functional execution.

Lead complex, concurrent enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through sign-off, managing scope, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Serve as the customer escalation point while partnering with internal teams and third parties. Help develop PMO governance, methodologies, KPIs, resource planning, and process improvements. Mentor project managers and share delivery best practices across the Professional Services organization.
