Responsibilities include recruiting and engaging customers for pre-PMF testing, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, establishing operating infrastructure and readiness criteria, managing Customer Advisory Board activities, integrating customer testing into launch processes, and synthesizing feedback into product and GTM decisions.

Lead Dropbox’s commercial retention and renewals strategy, designing scalable operating models, programs, playbooks, forecasting frameworks, and customer lifecycle initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Product, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to reduce churn, improve adoption, automate workflows, and increase recurring revenue. Analyze customer and renewal performance, influence senior leaders, and guide transformation from strategy through execution.
