Owns launch governance and readiness for a portfolio of complex product launches. The role coordinates Product, Marketing, Care, Customer Success, Training, and other teams; manages risks, timelines, readiness criteria, metrics, and executive communications; leads retrospectives; mentors project managers; and develops AI-enabled systems to scale launch operations.

Own launch-readiness planning for moderately complex, cross-functional product launches. Coordinate Product, Marketing, Care, Onboarding, Customer Success, Learning Design, Knowledge, and Training teams; manage timelines, risks, stakeholder alignment, success metrics, and launch health. Analyze root causes, recommend solutions, lead project syncs, monitor post-launch support gaps, and conduct retrospectives to improve future enablement processes. Use AI and project management tools to improve execution quality and efficiency.

Own and run the monthly release program for Toast IQ: set platform-readiness standards, manage technical dependencies and risk, coordinate cross-functional go-to-market and naming, instrument launch health and reporting, and establish governance and rhythms that scale multi-team agent launches.
