Build and lead MongoDB's Global Modernization Services practice: scale an engineering-first team, develop AI-powered tooling and repeatable playbooks, drive large-scale application and cloud modernization engagements, ensure customer outcomes and revenue expansion, and influence product and GTM strategy.
