Serves as a senior execution partner to the Fraud & Claims Management leadership team. Owns business unit reviews, executive reporting, demand intake, portfolio prioritization, capacity and financial planning, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination. The role drives governance, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and resolution of complex business challenges across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Finance.

Support the CRE COO by producing, automating, and refining business-level reports; partner with business and finance to ensure data accuracy; manage control group requests; support onboarding/offboarding; maintain procedures and job aids; track portfolio monitoring deadlines; and assist with governance, risk identification, escalation, and remediation to meet compliance requirements.
