Perform onsite investigations of homeowner property damage, prepare repair estimates, and manage claims from first notice to closure. Inspect roofs, attics, crawlspaces and coordinate vendor repairs, explain coverage to policyholders, and provide customer support. Work is territory-based with daily field visits, occasional desk work, and limited overnight travel; training provided.
