Monitor and manage live production work using system tools and dashboards; make real-time capacity decisions, triage escalations, analyze performance data, propose corrective actions, document processes, create client production plans, and train or mentor operations staff.

Serve as the Zendesk subject-matter expert for Professional Services: configure and optimize Zendesk workflows, gather and document requirements, design intake-to-delivery solutions, support integrations and governance, and drive change management, security, and stakeholder enablement.

Provide proactive administrative and operational support to senior leaders: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, plan events and travel, handle interview scheduling and financial admin (POs/expenses), maintain communications and organized systems, and deliver cross-functional ad hoc support while maintaining confidentiality.
