Owns the operating model for the Office of the CISO, including planning cadences, governance, executive reporting, metrics, stakeholder forums, budgeting, and tool governance. Prepares leadership and Board-level communications, facilitates cross-functional alignment, manages Office of the CIO deliverables, and oversees the Crowd for Crowd program. The role also drives AI-enabled workflows, reporting standards, process improvements, and program adoption across cybersecurity operations.

Supports enterprise sales teams with Falcon Flex deal structuring, policy compliance, approval workflows, lifecycle management, financial modeling, and non-standard transaction reviews. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Alliance teams to evaluate commercial terms, margins, risks, and governance. Communicates deal recommendations and status while identifying process improvements and enhancing Salesforce CPQ workflows. Requires strong SaaS economics knowledge, analytical judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and experience using AI to improve business processes.
