Leads compensation strategy, incentive plan design, governance, policies, and programs for the Wealth & Investment Management business. Advises executive leadership, partners with HR and business stakeholders, manages regulatory and risk requirements, drives complex strategic initiatives, and leads a team of compensation professionals. The role also develops talent, improves processes, manages change, and ensures compensation programs support business objectives and employee engagement.
