Design, develop, and maintain employee training programs by partnering with subject matter experts and business teams; create and review learning content, facilitate in-person and virtual training, track project progress, and implement improvements based on stakeholder feedback.

Lead execution and continuous improvement of training and leadership development programs. Partner with senior management to assess needs, define objectives, implement curricula, manage logistics, coach learners and managers, measure program effectiveness, and coordinate with peer managers and external resources to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.
