Partners with HR Business Partners and hiring leaders while improving recruiting practices, maintaining ATS data, and using metrics to inform decisions.

Partners with business leaders to diagnose organizational and employee issues, lead talent and workforce planning, coach leaders, support performance and engagement initiatives, manage change, and collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver strategic HR programs and solutions.

Leads enterprise talent management initiatives and a team supporting career development, performance management, organizational effectiveness, talent assessment, succession, leadership programs, and executive development. Advises HR partners and business leaders, designs and evaluates talent solutions, develops measurement strategies, partners on HR technology and automation, and manages external vendors. Coaches and develops team members while aligning talent programs with business and HR strategies.

Leads the design, development, delivery, and measurement of learning programs for field associates, merchants, and leadership. Identifies talent and performance gaps, develops customized training solutions, manages vendor partnerships, oversees demand planning, and aligns learning strategies with business objectives. The role also leads and mentors a learning team and collaborates with HR, business leaders, subject matter experts, and the Lowe’s Leadership Institute.
