Provides advocacy, case coordination, and consultative support for associates with work-related injuries. Manages complex workers’ compensation, ADA, FMLA, disability, and return-to-work cases; coordinates transitional duty placements; resolves escalations and compliance issues; partners with HR, store leadership, medical case managers, and vendors; tracks program metrics; identifies litigation risks; and supports process improvement.

Leads the design, development, delivery, and measurement of learning programs for field associates, merchants, and leadership. Identifies talent and performance gaps, develops customized training solutions, manages vendor partnerships, oversees demand planning, and aligns learning strategies with business objectives. The role also leads and mentors a learning team and collaborates with HR, business leaders, subject matter experts, and the Lowe’s Leadership Institute.

Develops talent attraction strategies and recruits technical professionals from sourcing through onboarding. Responsibilities include intake meetings, candidate screening, behavioral interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, hiring manager consultation, pipeline development, recruiting analytics, process improvement, and recruiter training. The role manages complex professional and management positions through director level and partners with HR business partners and compensation teams.

Partner with senior leaders in Inventory Replenishment & Planning to develop and execute people strategies. Responsibilities include organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, change management, workforce insights, and executive coaching. The role serves as a trusted advisor, translates complex workforce challenges into actionable recommendations, partners with HR Centers of Excellence, and supports organizational transformation and business performance.
