Partner with the Chief People Officer to shape People strategy, run operating rhythms, prepare executive-ready materials, manage cross-functional initiatives, and lead high-priority confidential projects to drive alignment and execution across the People organization.

Own end-to-end administration of semiannual compensation processes and systems (Radford, Pave). Lead market benchmarking, pay reporting, equity and incentive analyses, and ad hoc compensation projects. Support compensation training, communications, and compliance to ensure competitive, equitable pay programs across supported geographies.

Leads Affirm’s global People Business Partner and Employee Relations functions, setting their strategy and operating model. Advises executives on workforce strategy, organizational design, talent planning, succession, performance, and change. Oversees complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conduct issues while partnering with Legal on employment risk. Builds high-performing teams and uses workforce and ER insights to improve organizational health and business performance.
