Exploratory Software Engineering Interns prototype experimental software, test modern frameworks, and investigate AI/ML, computer vision, augmented reality, and IoT applications. Develops and implements solutions that improve productivity, capacity, safety, quality, and network consistency. Serves as a subject matter expert, coordinates cross-functional programs, supports logistics and operations teams, and manages process and technology implementations across multiple distribution nodes.

Leads the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of complex enterprise software solutions. Develops scalable full-stack applications, guides technical direction, improves reliability and operational excellence, evaluates technologies, and mentors engineers. Responsibilities include architecture alignment, disaster recovery, capacity planning, testing, observability, security practices, Agile delivery, issue resolution, and technical leadership across projects and application portfolios.

Manages aircraft inspections, maintenance compliance, quality assurance, regulatory documentation, component trend analysis, third-party audits, technician training, RII inspector oversight, and tool calibration. Supervises maintenance and inspection personnel while ensuring adherence to FARs, FAA requirements, OEM inspection programs, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives. Represents maintenance quality practices within the company’s Safety Management System.

Lead analysis and design of distribution center processes, layouts, technology, and slotting to improve productivity, capacity, safety, and quality. Drive network-wide implementation, present data for supply chain decisions, and act as SME between corporate and field engineering and operations.
