Provides onsite, post-sales technical support for Juniper networking solutions within a large service provider network. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex IP/MPLS infrastructure, managing escalations and JTAC cases, supporting upgrades and incidents, advising on network design, conducting technical workshops, training customer teams, testing releases, developing diagnostic procedures, and creating Python and PyEZ automation tools. The role requires extensive Juniper platform expertise, service provider networking knowledge, customer-facing communication, and experience with network transformations.

Provide senior-level pre- and post-sales technical support for HPE networking solutions (campus and distributed branch). Design and present solutions, build proofs-of-concept, perform wireless site surveys, implement NAC and security, manage accounts and channel partners, and drive opportunities to close while supporting customers onsite in the assigned territory.
