Designs, implements, supports, and modernizes Lowe’s vendor IAM platform using ForgeRock technologies. Responsibilities include authentication, authorization, federation, identity lifecycle management, LDAP directory engineering, integrations, automation, observability, production troubleshooting, resiliency, and cloud modernization. The role develops scripts and APIs, supports CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code, leads complex incidents and root-cause analyses, and mentors engineers while collaborating across application, infrastructure, network, and security teams.

Lead technical design and implementation of enterprise information security tools and services. Provide expert guidance on identity/access and certificate management, incident response, secure coding, vulnerability assessments, remediation design, CI/CD pipeline security, and mentor engineering teams to maintain compliance and reduce risk.

Design, implement, and operate enterprise network and access security across hybrid environments (on‑prem and multi‑cloud). Manage firewalls, ZTNA, NAC, proxies, and microsegmentation; investigate security events; automate security operations with Python/Ansible/Terraform; develop standards, documentation, and remediation; mentor junior engineers and collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams.

Lead implementation and delivery of information security tools and processes focused on disaster recovery.
