Oversee day-to-day vendor operations, enforce SLAs, lead QBRs, translate data into insights, handle escalations, and partner with Product and Engineering to implement AI-driven operational improvements.

Serve as the post-launch General Manager for major airport partners, ensuring deep integration of Metropolis Vision and related products into airport financial, operational, and commercial systems. Drive revenue growth, upsell/cross-sell, lead executive business reviews, translate client needs into product priorities, and ensure audit-ready financial transparency across platforms while liaising between airport stakeholders and internal teams.
