Lead management routines, create executive materials and performance reporting, track initiatives and risks, align cross-functional teams, support governance and change management, and translate complex concepts for senior stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery and measurable outcomes.

Serve as a liaison to field managers and Financial Advisors to drive advisor productivity through outbound/inbound calling, training, coaching, and product/channel recommendations. Partner with Market Growth Directors, analyze advisor performance data, ensure regulatory compliance, support onboarding and digital adoption, mentor teammates, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement market-specific growth strategies.
