The Zonal Manager will lead business development and sales in the North Region, managing teams and ensuring successful execution of growth strategies.
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Zonal Manager to lead business development and sales operations across the North Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, expanding field operations, and ensuring effective execution of growth strategies across assigned states.
Key Responsibilities- Drive recruitment and expansion efforts to meet required headcount across all assigned states
- Lead, train, and mentor Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve individual and team targets
- Ensure all Business Developers are accurately captured in performance tracking systems and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Conduct monthly team meetings to:
- Communicate business updates and strategic direction
- Gather feedback and improve team alignment
- Monitor and validate field visit reports submitted by BDMs and Zonal Managers
- Maintain real-time visibility of team locations and field activities
- Facilitate peer mentorship initiatives for underperforming team members
- Submit accurate monthly attendance reports for all team members, ensuring:
- Adherence to planned schedules
- Elimination of duplicate or falsified records
- Conduct random field accompaniment visits to validate activities and performance
- Team target achievement (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Attendance and workforce productivity
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting
- Field activity validation and compliance
- Recruitment and team capacity growth
- Merchant acquisition and loan funnel referrals
- Quality of market intelligence and feedback
