Customize and manage Zoho suite (CRM, Analytics, SalesIQ, Sign, Writer, Recruit, People, Inventory, Subscriptions), generate reports, prioritize team follow-ups, refine support processes, lead projects from vision to implementation, and provide data analysis and internal Zoho support.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance or Computer Science, or related field
* Any Zoho Certifications or proven Course Trainings (Major Plus)
* Proven customization work
* Zoho Skills test will be given
* Strong project management skills, being able to manage complex projects, commitment to task completion, including figuring out processes and moving projects from vision to implementation
* Data analysis skills, both within and outside of Zoho
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, multiple CRM platforms (especially ZOHO)
* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team and the management
* Well organized and highly self-motivated
* Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task
* Must have excellent management and leadership skills
* Extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
* Must be fluent in English speaking and writing. An aptitude test will be given
