Job Title: ZipHQ Integration Consultant / Technical Engineer

Contract: 3–6 months, 20–40 hours/week (possible extension)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a ZipHQ Integration Consultant to lead the integration of Zip into our client’s procurement, finance, and vendor management systems. ZipHQ is a modern procurement orchestration platform that streamlines vendor onboarding, approvals, and purchase workflows while connecting to ERP and financial systems.
In this role, you will design and implement integrations, configure workflows, and ensure seamless connectivity across ERP, finance, contract lifecycle, and identity platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to deliver efficient, automated, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ZipHQ integration design within procurement and finance workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, iPaaS tools (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray.io), and native Zip connectors.
- Integrate ZipHQ with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Intacct), contract lifecycle platforms (Ironclad, Icertis), finance/AP tools, and identity providers (Okta).
- Configure intake workflows, approval rules, and vendor onboarding processes.
- Support UAT, testing, go-live readiness, and operational documentation.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure integration solutions align with business requirements.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:
- Hands-on experience implementing ZipHQ in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, source-to-pay, or finance systems.
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST APIs and iPaaS tools (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray.io).
- Familiarity with ERP, contract lifecycle, and finance system integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Intacct, Coupa, Ariba, Ironclad).
- Experience designing approval workflows, procurement automation, and vendor onboarding processes.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to document architecture, integration patterns, and operational workflows.
