We are looking for a YouTube Video Producer to support Men in Blazers and The Women’s Game who is detail oriented, able to juggle multiple fast moving tasks at once, and passionate about men’s and women’s soccer. This team member will be working to edit, produce, publish, and organize our YouTube content across the entire organization. The work week for this YouTube Video Producer will be Wednesday - Sunday. 

YouTube Video Producer

Location: United States, Remote 

What you’ll do:

  • Review and approve video edits across podcasts, interviews, and specials
  • Coordinate live streams, including setup, script support, and post-show updates
  • Edit and publish YouTube Shorts from internal and social content
  • Create thumbnails, write headlines and descriptions
  • Publish videos, manage playlists, and optimize metadata
  • Post updates on YouTube Posts and monitor comments
  • Collaborate on YouTube-first content and repackage legacy content
  • Test thumbnails and reorganize older videos for performance

What you need:

  • 3+ year of experience in YouTube channel management & digital media production
  • Strong ability to work quickly and accurately in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator)
  • Deep experience working in YouTube, including SEO & livestreaming
  • Proven ability to write and create engaging headlines, thumbnails, descriptions, and posts
  • Ability to work the weekend to support live coverage
  • Past experience working in a fast paced digital media environment, ideally in sport and/or soccer
  • Undying passion for the game of soccer, both domestically and internationally
