Wpromote Academy offers a four-week virtual program focused on enhancing skills in communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation through interactive sessions and networking opportunities.
We are excited to launch Session Two of the Wpromote Academy this fall! The Academy is a four-week skill-based learning program designed to give college students, recent graduates, and those looking to shift into the industry the opportunity to learn from Wpromote experts and leaders from Wpromote, an award-winning digital marketing agency on key professional areas through interactive, expert-led sessions.
OVERVIEW:
Based on feedback from Session One participants, Session Two will focus on four core skill areas:
- Active Listening
- Asking the Right Questions
- Confidence
- Permission-Based Feedback Model
We’ll wrap up with a networking session and an AMA with a member of our C-suite to discuss real-world applications of these skills.
The Anticipated Schedule (subject to change):
Week 1
- October 14th: Orientation
- October 16th: Live Training with our Director of Learning and Development
Week 2
- October 21st: Practice Pod 1
- October 23rd: Practice Pod 2
Week 3
- October 28th: Practice Pod 3
- October 30th: Practice Pod 4
Week 4:
- November 4th: AMA w/ C-Suite
- November 6th: Networking + Wrap-Up
This is a virtual educational program. Participation is voluntary and Wpromote is not offering any compensation or future employment with Wpromote in connection with the Wpromote Academy Program.
When: October 14th - November 6th 2025
In this Program, You Will Be:
- Participating in a virtual learning session and practice pods for 2 hours each week for the first three weeks
- Engaging in interactive discussions, activities, and case studies related to each focus area
- Connecting with peers across the company and participating in an AMA session with a Wpromote C-suite leader and a senior leader during the final week
- Gaining practical strategies you can immediately apply to your work
You Must Be:
- Excited to grow your skills in communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation
- Able to commit to 2 hours per week for four weeks: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm EST - 3pm EST
- Able to access the virtual meetings via a personal device

Those interested in participating in Wpromote Academy must submit an application, resume, and 30 second video explaining why you are interested in the program and what you hope to gain from the experience. We are looking for excitement and enthusiasm, and we encourage creativity! Your video can be submitted using a link or it can be uploaded to the system directly (file size limit is 25MB). Your video is confidential and will only be viewed by the Wpromote Talent Team. Applications will close Friday, October 3rd 2025.
