We're hiring a Workplace Operations Lead.

Why This Role Exists

The office is where the team compounds. Product.ai works hybrid with a strong in-office center. The physical environment, the daily rhythm, the food, the equipment, the small operational details - someone needs to own all of it so the team can focus entirely on building product.

What You Will Own

• The physical environment. Office space, equipment, supplies, maintenance. The space should feel intentional and energizing.
• Daily operations. Catering, deliveries, visitor management, event logistics, mail and shipping. The operational heartbeat of the office.
• Team support. Onboarding logistics for new hires, IT equipment provisioning, access management. The smooth start that sets the tone.

You're organized, proactive, and take pride in making everything work perfectly. You notice the empty coffee supply before anyone mentions it. You solve problems before they become visible. You care about the details that make a workplace genuinely great - not just functional.

Paid trial. 1 week embedded in our operations.

Compensation & Ownership

• Total first-year comp: $150,000 - $200,000 (base + equity + profit sharing).
• Base: $90,000 - $120,000.
• Equity: PIUs - $0 strike, Capital Gains, actual ownership from day one.
• Profit sharing + Liquidity + Benefits: Same partnership structure as every role at Product.ai.

Based in Santa Monica. In-office five days.
