  • Monitor and respond to guest registration and office access tickets with a customer-first mindset, helping ensure world-class support for our Chicago team.
  • Assist with badge management, supporting the site lead in processing physical badge requests and managing employee access needs.
  • Balance multiple priorities with ease, responding to urgent needs while keeping day-to-day tasks running smoothly and on schedule.
  • Support general office requests and workplace questions, helping employees get what they need to do their best work.
  • Play a key role in in-office events, from helping manage access and check-in to assisting with logistics and creating a seamless experience.
  • Be a flexible team player, jumping in to support the Workplace team with ad-hoc tasks, PTO coverage, and operational needs as they arise.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer experience role
  • Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday, maintaining a full-time, in-office schedule
  • Someone who is confident, positive, and comfortable being in a highly visible role that will define the reputation of the Braze Workplace Team.
  • Passion for best-in-class workplace experience and customer service.
  • A strong communicator with excellent grammatical skills.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a sense of office pride.
  • Data-driven with a mindset of continual improvement.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to set own priorities.
  • A creative problem-solver, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table.
  • An awesome can-do attitude - no task is too big or too small.
  • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 to 30 pounds.
