Job DescriptionWe are recruiting a Workflow & Training Associate to join our rapidly growing Practice Integration team. This hybrid role blends training and workflow design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting training and workflow configuration in both new and existing markets.
Primary Job Duties:
Deliver pre-live training to providers, clinical staff, and administrative staff focused on efficiency, delegation, and population health initiatives.
Lead onsite and virtual training events for existing market and new market implementations
Communicate and teach Privia's best practices when appropriate.
Assist in the development of web-based eLearnings and knowledge library
Conduct training sessions for key stakeholders and end users
Assist in efforts to improve or redesign the training program at the national level
Create and report on KPI trends and performance, highlight key insights and strategize on opportunities to improve end user efficiency.
Create and maintain athenaOne best practice guides and resources
Acts as a SME for Privia Health’s technology platform and workflows and liaison to other Privia stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree required
0-3 years in an Ambulatory EHR environment
Knowledge of athenahealth’s suite of tools preferred
Previous healthcare operations experience preferred; working with physicians and medical group staff preferred
Tech savvy
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

The salary range for this role is $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
Technical Requirements (for remote workers only, not applicable for onsite/in office work):
In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This should be acquired prior to the start of your employment. The best measure of your internet speed is to use online speed tests like https://www.speedtest.net/. This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet connection and if it meets the minimum speed requirements. Work with your internet provider if you have questions about your connection. Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost.
