Responsibilities:

As a Senior Workday Talent Consultant, you’ll work on teams to deliver solutions to our clients. Some of the major things you’ll be involved with include: 

  • Accountability for the successful delivery of workshops with clients to gather, understand, analyze and document business requirements 
  • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices- specifically around a variety of area's including Workday Talent, Performance and Recruiting
  • Building consensus around business processes and design 
  • Configuring the Workday application 
  • Understanding the broader business context 
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the “Skill Squad” 
  • Mentoring and developing less experienced Consultants on the team 
  • Taking part in Skillcentrix’s internal strategic priorities and projects 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of functional experience with Workday HCM
  • Lead 5+ Workday Talent deployments (Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Skills) 
  • Experience configuring the Workday application 
  • Current or previous Workday HCM certification including Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management required 
  • A passion for guiding, advising, and delighting clients 
  • A keen interest in the Talent and HR space 
  • Experience mentoring, developing, and/or managing less experienced Consultants 
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 
  • Organizational skills 
  • Oral and written communication skills 
  • Curiosity, flexibility, tenacity, team player 
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (travel is infrequent but does happen from time to time)
