Senior commercial sales leader responsible for driving revenue, new customer acquisition, and strategic account expansion across the Americas for Lowe's Commerce Solutions. Builds regional sales capability, leads complex enterprise deals, manages pipeline and forecasting, engages CXO-level stakeholders, and partners with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans and scale repeatable sales practices.

Secure ServiceNow instances by assessing configurations against security baselines, identifying misconfigurations, validating customer-reported findings, and providing actionable remediation guidance. The role develops hardening guidance, distinguishes product vulnerabilities from configuration issues, partners with Product Security and Engineering, supports customer escalations, and drives scalable improvements to security tooling, detection, and risk-reduction processes.

Designs and leads enterprise ServiceNow ITOM architectures across CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, event management, observability, and AI-agent workflows. Advises executives on operational maturity, data quality, scalability, risk, and business outcomes. Integrates monitoring platforms, defines guardrails for automation, supports pre-sales scoping, governs upgrades, contributes reusable intellectual property, and mentors consultants. Requires substantial architect-level ServiceNow ITOM experience, deep CMDB and infrastructure expertise, executive communication skills, and multiple ServiceNow certifications.
