Job Description

Implement Workday in multiple countries within an assigned region.

Tactical execution of work plans as directed by the project team for region/vendor population (i.e. data collection, contractual analysis, user onboarding, etc).

Participate in workgroup meetings, testing, and provide status updates 

Prepare and manage key stakeholders and user groups (audience readiness, training, 

Escalate issues and risks to project team, as well as Vendor Manager, as they arise 

Identify, research, and resolve customer issues 

Monitor key metrics and CTQ to ensure goals are met and provide regular updates to project team

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in developing and regional comms, adoption and engagement plans

Ensure project remains on budget, helping to coordinate payment and invoice validation in partnership with project leader

Serve as the dedicated resource to assist in development, implementation and support of the system for their region

Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure program compliance

Flexibility to conduct multi-time zone meetings outside of local business hours 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 

Ability to speak English with professional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to be an effective business partner with different people and cultures 

Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables 

Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change 

2 + years vendor management or consulting experience (or experience working and partnering with 3rd party vendors)

1-2 years of experience in a leader/ team lead capacity

Resourceful problem solver with experience in mid-size to large projects and implementations of new processes and/or technology

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Word, Visio, etc)

Multi-lingual a strong plus - English plus Asia language, preferred not mandatory

Six Sigma experience preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree is Required
