Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing Workday system updates, business process/workflow setup and modification, configuration oversight, security, testing, and development as determined by business requirements.
- Liaison between vendors and/or internal customers to identify and consult on requirements and system changes to processes.
- Contributes towards strategy design, future state enhancements and policy/process development.
- Develop, review and updates system documentation, communication and training in the event of changes or new implementation.
- Performs thorough problem analysis, including problem re-creation, resulting in resolution.
- Troubleshoots system and integration issues by identifying root cause and implements/oversees required correction to prevent recurrence.
- Explore, recommend, implement, and support functionality that may reduce errors and/or drive continuous improvement.
- Serves as the SME on Workday functionality and product ownership, and has awareness of latest functional developments in Workday and competing market solutions.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems or related discipline desired.
- Minimum 5 years related experience required.
- HR Systems support and testing experience required (Workday required).

- Demonstrated understanding of how system design impacts processes inside and outside of Workday.

Pay and Benefits:
- The base pay range for this position is $96,900 -140,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on August 1st, 2025.
