Job Title: Workday Partner Certified HCM Lead
Location: Remote (USA or Canada)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Workday Partner Certified HCM Leadwith active HCM Core and Data Loading certifications to support a Phase 1 Workday implementation project. The consultant will play a key role in leading configuration, data migration, and deployment activities, ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with the client and project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support Workday HCM Phase 1 implementation activities.
- Oversee configuration, testing, and data loading processes.
- Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Guide junior consultants and ensure deliverables align with project milestones.
- Participate in project status meetings and provide regular updates on progress and risks.
- Transfer active Workday certifications to the partner for project duration.
Required Qualifications
- Workday Partner Certified in HCM Core and Data Loading (EIB, Workday Studio preferred) — certifications must be active and transferable.
- Minimum of 2+ full-cycle (E2E) Workday HCM implementations as a Lead or Senior Consultant.
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes, data management, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
