Job Description:

We are looking for a Workday Data Conversion Expert to support Workday Learning data migration from Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) to Workday. This is a time-sensitive engagement requiring strong hands-on experience in Workday Learning configuration and data conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end data migration from CSOD (source tenant) to Workday (destination tenant).

  • Convert received SCORM files and prepare them for loading into Workday Learning.

  • Configure Workday Learning to ensure courses are properly created and available as per client requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate data accuracy and ensure smooth migration.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data load and course configuration.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience with Workday Learning and data conversion processes.

  • Hands-on experience in loading and configuring courses within Workday.

  • Proficiency in handling SCORM files and integrating them into Workday Learning.

  • Prior experience in data migration from CSOD (Cornerstone) to Workday is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
