Lead Workday data migration: design conversion strategy, analyze and cleanse legacy data, execute loads via EIBs and conversion tools, validate data, and collaborate with functional teams to resolve discrepancies.

The Workday Conversion Consultant leads data migration activities, ensuring accurate, validated, and timely data loads into Workday.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead data conversion strategy and execution for Workday implementations.
Analyze legacy data and define transformation and cleansing rules.
Execute data loads using EIBs and conversion tools.
Validate converted data and resolve discrepancies.
Partner with functional teams to ensure data readiness and accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Experience supporting Workday data conversions.
Strong data analysis and validation skills.
Experience with EIBs and reporting.
Workday Data Conversion Certification (preferred).
