By joining CrossVue you’ll be making a direct impact on our growing Workday practice, regularly taking part in:

  • Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices  
  • Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
  • Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

As a Workday Adaptive + Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Participate in the advisory, planning and implementation of Adaptive Planning, by documenting current state vs. future state requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data and converting data into format required for integration  

  • Scope design requirements, configure system requirements, execute data transformation activities, and support end user validation activities from existing legacy system to new system

  • Experience with configurations of structures, planning sheets (standard, modeled, and cube), web-based reports, and Office Connect

  • Create presentations that effectively inform and influence clients

  • Work collaboratively with team mem­bers to achieve agreed upon time­lines for report­ing deliverables

  • Prioritize client’s interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations

  • Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice

We’re looking for someone with:  

  • 2+ years of Workday experience implementing Workday Adaptive Insights and other workstreams

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective

  • Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

  • Creativity, confidence, flexibility, and a great sense of humor

  • 1-2 large end-to-end implementations or 3-4 small end-to-end implementations within Adaptive Planning with a demonstrated knowledge of configuration preferred

  • Experience as a lead consultant on Workday Adaptive projects a plus

  • Current certifications in Workday preferred

  • Previous consulting experience with a Workday deployment partner ideal

  • Experience deploying multiple Workday projects simultaneously a plus

Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $195,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.

This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.

A Note on Travel: Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the historic Monday-Thursday travel consulting schedule. Travel for this position will be roughly 25%-30% with times up to 50%
