- Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
- Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
- Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
CrossVue is seeking a top-performing client relationship and solution sales executive to pursue potential clients for our practice. Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit, relevant industry and ERP applications experience, and demonstrated selling attributes / techniques.
Working hand-in-hand with CrossVue leadership and Workday, the Account Executive focuses their highly skilled efforts in securing relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process, and lead the pursuit team throughout the sales process. This is a hand-on, multi-faceted role as CrossVue expands its Workday-related business across specific geographic territories.
As an Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to:

Develop and execute net new business and territory development

Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and service forecast dat

Manage statement-of-work and contracting process

Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position CrossVue’s Workday practice

Work closely with sales and marketing team to identify and develop potential new prospects and identify additional opportunities within the existing client base
-
Build and maintain relationships with regional Workday personnel as needed to jointly sell business solutions to existing or new customers
-
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed the company’s target growth and margin requirements

Achieve or exceed established bookings, revenue and margin targets within identified regions
-
Establish and maintain top-level contact with key decision makers installed Workday accounts

Analyze factors in the marketplace to formulate forecasts, estimates and projections that impact selling initiatives
We're looking for someone with:
-
5+ years of successful solution sales and business development experience selling to Medium (ME) or Large (LE) Enterprise Organizations

Prior experience in business application sales, preferably with Workday or similar Financial/HCM/ERP System (i.e. Workday, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, SAP, Coupa, Intacct, Host Analytics, etc.) EHR experience a huge plus!

Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of an on-demand/software-as-a service (SaaS) offering

Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment

Executive presence with demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and clients

Experience as a leader in a team selling environment

High energy, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit!

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $200,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.
This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.

A Note on Travel: Our approach to travel is different. Instead of the traditional Monday-Thursday grind, we thoughtfully schedule on-site client visits based on project needs and team well-being. Expect travel for this position to range from 25-30%, occasionally reaching up to 50% for critical project phases.
