- Define the multi-year technology roadmap for the organization, leveraging AI agents to redefine wireless services and enable autonomous operations
- Provide leadership and technical vision for the entire engineering organization
- Evaluate and champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive advantage
- Ensure the technical architecture aligns with the company's business goals and strategic vision
- Serve as a primary technical liaison with business leaders, product management, and other stakeholders
- Lead the design of complex, large-scale systems and guide teams through implementation
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
- MS in Computer Science or Equivalent
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on enterprise-scale systems
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of defining and implementing successful architectural strategies that drive business outcomes
- Deep and broad knowledge of technology stacks, including AI, cloud computing, enterprise integration, and microservices
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable
- Deep knowledge of CAMARA standards, open network APIs, and telecom integration best practices
- Experience with AI/ML model integration and fine-tuning (e.g., LLMs, predictive models, NLP models)
