Job Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative:
$17.50/hr starting pay with opportunity to increase pay to $19.25/hr within 60 days. No experience required. We provide full-time paid training! Role starts full-time on-site with ability to work hybrid (1-2 days) after 60 days!
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the voice of Boost Mobile, helping customers by resolving issues and promoting our services
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories and pricing plans
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation, with a focus on one-call resolution
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer service and efficiency by analyzing call trends and providing feedback
  • Become an advocate for customer needs, providing solutions for technical issues and offering support to a diverse consumer base

Additional Pay: Earn an additional $2/hr for shifts after 6 PM and on weekends!

Skills, Experience and Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work full-time on-site

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $17.50/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days. The active posting will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
