About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Winding Design Engineer to design and optimize transformer windings that meet performance, efficiency, and reliability requirements while ensuring compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design transformer windings using advanced techniques and tools.
- Perform electrical, thermal, and mechanical calculations.
- Select appropriate conductors and insulation materials.
- Develop detailed drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for transformer integration.
- Support prototype builds, trials, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
- 6–10 years of experience in power transformer winding design.
- Strong knowledge of transformer principles, short-circuit withstand, and insulation design.
Proficiency in CAD/design tools (AutoCAD, NX, Inventor, etc.).
